tahoe resort:

Project Role/Description: Co-Designer for this concept design/masterplan. See ‘PORTFOLIO: FEATURE PROJECTS’ for more information.

university crossing:

Project Role/Description: Senior Designer for this high-rise design competition in Seattle, WA. It included a very tight urban site, where we had to fit public open space in between a 26-story mixed-use residential tower and a 12-story office building. City Creek Center:

Project Role/Description: Project Architect coordinating the demolition, shoring, & utilities for this 5-story underground parking garage for a large new mixed-use development in downtown Salt Lake City. I was involved in 2007.

bellevue gateway:

Project Role/Description: Project Designer for this early yield & massing study. It included 6 blocks with multiple towers , mix of uses, & multiple zones & overlays. Bellevue, WA. 2018.

american fork tod:

Project Role/Description: Project Designer for this masterplan competition. This site was adjacent to the Commuter Rail stop in American Fork, Utah.

madison, ga masterplan:

Project Role/Description: Student design with 2 others for the town of Madison, Georgia. Streets & blocks were categorized, and a plan to help the town grow within its existing typologies was developed. A website was also developed for the town with this information. The town has since developed with these plans.

mullaly northgate:

Project Role/Description: Co-Project Designer of this 4-block site with multiple development options. We included a preliminary urban design analysis. Seattle, WA. 2018-19

bellevue Bel-red studies:

Project Role/Description: Project Manager/ Project Designer/ Architect for (2) large multi-block feasibility studies in Bellevue, WA, chich included complex zoning & environmental issues. More information coming. TBD.
