Project Description: This was a masterplan for a luxury mountain resort village. The development is in progress.

This project is a village of mid-rise and low-rise condo buildings, hotels, townhomes, a retail village, and an ultra-luxury resort.

Project Size: 100 acres; +- 530 residential units; 2 hotels; & 60,000sf of retail

Project Type/Program: Luxury mid-rise condos & hotels, Retail Village, Luxury townhomes, & an ultra-luxury village resort.
